Responsibilities

• Provide patient care based on age-appropriate criteria and safety.
• Communicate with patients and care team regarding patient status.
• Demonstrate initiative to improve performance and outcomes.
• Participate in care planning from admission to discharge.
• Engage in PI activities to improve unit performance.
• Support interdisciplinary team collaboration.
