Job summary

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent is required.
• Preferred CNA certification.
• BLS HCP certification or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe and direct care to patients in assigned unit with age-appropriate adjustments.
• Monitor patients' conditions and report updates to the health care team.
• Maintain a safe, clean, stocked environment and assist with personal care.
• Record patient information such as vitals, intake/output, and weight.
• Attend mandatory trainings and adhere to policies.
