Qualifications

  • Non-Graduate (Required).
  • BLS certification from American Heart Association.
  • Certified Nurse Aide (CNA) certification.

Responsibilities

  • Provides patient care and monitoring; records vital signs and intake/output.
  • Performs dressing changes, specimen collection, EKGs, and POC testing.
  • Assists nurses and providers with examinations and treatments.
  • Communicates with patients, families and healthcare team with cultural awareness.
  • Maintains patient safety and responds to emergencies as needed.
