The role you’ll contribute:

Assist patients with activities of daily living, perform patient care tasks, and maintain a safe and clean environment. Complete tasks under the supervision of a Registered Nurse within the scope of practice as defined by the Florida State Board of Nursing.

The value you’ll bring to the team:

• Perform patient care tasks safely and competently, with minimal deviations from the standard of care.
• Plan, coordinate, and implement PCT care promptly based on individual patient needs.
• Coordinate PCT care with RN and interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes.
• Recognize changes in patient status and report immediately to RN/LPN.
• Maintain complete and timely documentation.
