A leading healthcare system in Freehold is seeking Patient Care Technicians (PCT) for a full-time paid training program culminating in a National PCT certification. This role provides skilled patient care, supports daily activities, and requires a commitment to a minimum of one year of employment. Candidates will receive comprehensive training and must hold a high school diploma and BLS certification.
ThePCT Workforce Development Training Programincludes classroom learning, clinical hands-on training, while being a full-time PAID employment at CentraState Medical Center. To be considered for the program, you must first interview and be hired as an employee. After 1 year, employees are eligible to sit for the National PCT certification test. Payrate: $22/hour plus shift differential! Our next program begins in late August

Patient Care Technician (PCT) provides skilled technical assistance to licensed professionals by performing assigned duties and services required to deliver quality patient care. Provides basic nursing care and assists patient with activities of daily living.

What We Offer:
Compensation Range: $19.50 – 31.20 per hour
The compensation above reflects the established range from CentraState Healthcare System (CSHS) for this position at the time the job was posted. CSHS considers many factors to determine compensation, including education, experience, skills, licenses, certification, and training. As such, team member compensation may fall outside this range.
Additionally, the compensation range reflects base salary and does not include extra shift rates or incentives tied to quality, productivity, etc., as applicable.
The benefits outlined also reflect CSHS’ policy at the time of posting. Benefits as are made available to other similarly situated team members of CSHS, although participation is at all times in accordance with and subject to the eligibility and other provisions of such plans and programs.
