Responsibilities include ensuring safety, managing supplies, and responding to patient calls while participating in virtual care activities as required.

Formación

• Knowledge of medical terminology and patient care needs.
• Ability to collaborate with an interprofessional team.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• BLS certification or equivalent on hire.

Responsabilidades

• Communicates with the interprofessional team, patient, family and designated care partners.
• Performs direct and indirect patient care activities under supervision of licensed clinicians.
• Maintains a safe patient care environment.
• Assists with supplies and equipment to support unit operations.
• Conducts patient rounds and responds to call lights promptly.
• May support virtual safety and telehealth needs as required.
