Responsibilities

• Assists nursing staff in delivering care and maintaining a clean, safe environment.
• Collects and records patient data, including vital signs and inputs, reporting to RN/LPN/LVN.
• Supports patients with meals, bathing, grooming, and mobility assistance.
• Assists with patient positioning, ambulation, and use of mobility aids.
• Maintains infection control and uses PPE as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned and maintains reliable attendance.
