Job summary

Lifepoint Health, Inc. is seeking a Patient Care Technician for Med-Surg Tele on a PRN basis with day shifts. The role emphasizes direct patient care, assisting with activities of daily living, and observant reporting to nursing staff to support treatment plans.

Responsibilities include assisting with POC testing and EKGs, IV starts, and urinary catheter insertions as needed, contributing to a compassionate, high-quality care environment. A CNA/EMT background and BLS are valued assets.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• State of TN CNA license preferred, can be considered without high school diploma or equivalent.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) required within 30 days of hire.
• 1 year certified nurse tech or EMT experience preferred.
