Job summary

Hackensack Meridian Health is seeking candidates for the Patient Care Technician Apprentice path. The program builds toward a PCT role through approved CNA/MA/PCT curricula and hands-on hospital experience. Candidates may enter via apprentice track and transition to the PCT role after completion.

Ideal applicants have a HS diploma or equivalent, completed nursing or patient-care programs, and basic life support certification. EMT/HHA/CMA/MA/PCT backgrounds are also considered.

Qualifications

• AHA Basic Health Care Life Support (BLS) certification within 60 days of hire.
• Candidates should have a strong sense of accountability and teamwork.
• Prior hospital experience or CNA/PCT background is preferred.
