Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assist with daily living tasks and progressive mobility to support recovery.
• Assess nutrition, hydration, and elimination to anticipate patient needs.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge patients per plan of care.
• Assist with clinical procedures: glucose monitoring, vital signs, EKGs, restraints.
• Maintain unit inventories and a safe, clean environment.
• Verify fall-risk patients have proper armbands, socks, signage.
• Document all procedures, patient interactions, and medications.
• Respond to delegation from registered nurses and communicate observations.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
