Qualifications

• Active CNA license through Indiana OR prior PCT experience in an acute care setting OR nursing student who completed the 1st semester of clinicals OR completed the Franciscan PCT Training Program.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) - American Heart Association; Franciscan will provide training/recertification as needed.

Responsibilities

• Perform delegated patient care activities as part of the care team.
• Spend meaningful time with patients, building trust and comfort.
• Collaborate with nurses and health care professionals across hospital units.
