Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Facilitate safe patient movement, transfers, and positioning to maximize comfort and support rehabilitation goals.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (ADLs) and personal hygiene needs.
• Monitor patient well-being and promptly report physical, mental, or emotional changes to nursing staff with accurate records.
• Ensure a clean, organized, and hygienic patient environment and manage essential medical equipment for safety.
