Job summary

Beth Israel Lahey Health Beverly Hospital in Beverly, MA is seeking a Part-time Night Patient Care Technician. You will support basic patient care under the RN, including vital signs, patient mobility, feeding, and daily living activities in a fast-paced hospital setting.

Responsibilities include documenting observations, assisting with room service, and preparing patients for procedures while maintaining safety and comfort at all times.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required; CNA preferred but not required.
• BLS certification required within 90 days of hire.
• Basic computer skills and comfort with medical terminology.

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, height/weight, and oxygen saturation.
• Report unusual observations to the nurse promptly.
• Collect specimens for analysis as directed.
• Record and monitor intake and output for assigned patients.
• Assist with personal care and activities of daily living.
• Support nutrition needs, order room service, and assist with feeding.
