Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Take vital signs, height, weight and oxygen saturation.
• Report unusual observations to the nurse.
• Collect specimens for analysis and measure intake/output.
• Provide personal care and assist with daily activities.
• Perform basic clinical procedures under RN supervision.
• Assist with nutrition, room service, meal trays and feeding.

The Patient Care Technician assists with the delivery of patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse. The primary responsibility will be focus on performing technical, therapeutic, administrative tasks and procedures for which they have been trained.
