The Patient Care Technician II is an unlicensed caregiver working under the supervision of the Registered Nurse. This role supports the Oncology/General Surgery Unit by maintaining smooth communication among healthcare practitioners, departments, patients, and visitors. The technician is responsible for accurate, timely documentation in the medical record, assisting with patient admission, transfer, discharge, and basic patient care activities, including data collection, personal hygiene, vital signs, and activities of daily living.
