Responsibilities

• Assists with ambulating and mobilization of patients and records vital signs (BP, Temp, Pulse, Resp, O2 sat).
• Maintains up-to-date and accurate documentation of data collected.
• Receives and directs phone calls and serves as department receptionist.
• Maintains supplies/inventory for the department.
