Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Current BLS certification within 7 days of hire.
• Effective communication and ability to stay calm under pressure.
• Medical terminology knowledge preferred.
• Basic computer skills; ability to learn hospital system.

Responsabilités

• Perform patient assessments and monitor vital signs as needed.
• Obtain 12-lead ECGs and assist with monitoring.
• Draw blood samples and prepare for testing per policy.
• Transport patients and assist with care across units.
• Assist with resuscitation and emergency procedures within scope.
• Assist orienting and precepting new team members.
