Job summary

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; CNA/EMT-CMA options considered.
• CPR/BLS certification required at hire.
• Healthcare experience preferred, hospital setting preferred.
• Ability to follow plan of care and document accurately in EMR.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient care under RN supervision, including basic wound care and phlebotomy.
• Record vital signs and document in the EMR per RHS standards.
• Support patient admissions, discharges, and transfers as directed.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and stock supplies as needed.
• Demonstrate care appropriate to age and developmental level of patients.
