Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Performs basic clinical tasks under RN supervision, including vitals, wound care, EKGs, phlebotomy, and splinting as competency allows.
• Accurately documents patient data in the EMR per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Maintains clean, safe, and organized work areas and ensures supplies are stocked.
• Assists with patient admission, discharge, or transfer under charge nurse direction.
