Job summary

Responsibilities

• Demonstrates understanding of EMR data collection and patient data entry.
• Follow plan of care and perform treatments and procedures competently under RN direction (including vital signs, EKGs, blood draws, etc.).
• Complete clinical and quality documentation per RHS standards and regulatory requirements.
• Ensure availability of resources and maintain a clean, safe environment; assist with admissions, discharges, or transfers as directed by charge RN.
