Responsibilities

• Provide daily patient care including hygiene, mobility, feeding, and repositioning.
• Monitor patients and report changes to the care team.
• Record vital signs and document in the EMR accurately.
• Assist with admissions, discharges, and transfers.
• Perform basic clinical tasks and trained advanced skills (e.g., wound care, specimen collection).
• Support unit operations through clerical tasks and use of healthcare technology.
• Follow safety, infection control, and patient care protocols.
• Collaborate with the healthcare team and manage workload.
