Job summary

Endeavor Health in Arlington Heights, IL is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the 3ES Medical Surgical Unit to support nursing staff and ensure patient comfort and safety.

This full-time role requires CNA training with CPR, ability to assist with personal care, monitor vital signs, and coordinate with the care team.

Hours are 7:00am–7:30pm, with every other weekend; orientation starts with a Monday-Thursday session during onboarding.

Qualifications

• Completion of an accredited CNA course and CNA certification exam.
• Current CPR certification from the American Heart Association.
• Enrollment in nursing program with at least one major clinical rotation or completed EMT/Paramedic training.

Responsibilities

• Enter specific patient treatments and charges to support the patient record.
• Assist care team in coordinating patient activities and services.
• Coordinate communication between care team, physicians, patients and family.
