Pay Range: $24.46 - $36.18

This is a .9 FTE, 12-Hour, Day shift position (72 hours in a two-week schedule, including every other weekend).

Float Pool PCTs provide care and observation for diverse patient populations across units such as Medical, Surgical, Orthopedics, Telemetry, and Critical Care. NA-C experience is required; hospital and/or nursing school experience are strongly preferred. PCTs enjoy ongoing training and professional growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Nursing Assistant Certification (NA-C) required.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Completion of a Certified Nursing Assistant Training Program or equivalent nursing training.
• 1+ year hospital experience as a CNA preferred.
• Medical Assistant Registered (MA-R), with Overlake sponsoring licensure upon hire.
• Health Care Provider CPR Certification.
• Recent 1-year experience in a healthcare setting involving patient contact preferred.
• Knowledge of medical terminology and computer skills preferred.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
