This pathway is open for all per diem PCT vacancies year round and provides potential to transfer to RN roles after graduation within a Magnet-designated network.

The Earn While You Learn Pathway is offered to current nursing students who want to get a headstart to their nursing career!

You can earn a wage as a Patient Care Technician (PCT) and gain on-the-job experience that will enhance your school curriculum.
