Job summary

Endeavor Health is seeking a Patient Care Technician for the Elmhurst Main Hospital Campus (155 E. Brush Hill Rd., Elmhurst, IL 60126).

This full-time role (36 hours/week) runs 7am-7:30pm with rotating weekends and holidays, under RN supervision, to ensure patient comfort and safety across units. The ideal candidate will have CNA training or equivalent experience, CPR certification, and strong teamwork and prioritization skills.

Qualifications

• Current CPR certification required.
• Successful completion of a CNA training course or six months of patient care experience.
• Completion of Care Companion Course within six months if required by the department.

Responsibilities

• Perform patient care tasks under RN guidance to ensure safety and comfort.
• Assist with activities of daily living and routine care.
• Float to inpatient units as needed.
