Position Highlights:

• Location: Elmhurst Hospital
• Shift: Day Shift (7 am - 7 pm), rotating holidays and weekends
• Part Time
• Hourly Pay Range: $18.84 - $27.32, based on experience and qualifications

What You Will Do:

The Patient Care Tech, under the guidance of a Registered Nurse (RN), performs patient care tasks to ensure the safety, comfort, and well-being of patients, following established procedures.

What You Will Need:

• Current CPR Certification from American Heart Association or American Red Cross
• Completion of an accredited nursing assistant training course, or at least six months of patient care experience, or completion of one nursing clinical rotation
• Successful completion of the Care Companion Course within six months of hire if required by the department
• Excellent interpersonal skills, teamwork, ability to prioritize, and ability to follow directions
