Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Assists patients with activities of daily living.
• Consults with supervisor on unit activities and patient care needs.
• Provide basic care to ill patients.
• Positioning, turning, and assisting with bed mobility and hygiene.
• Take vital signs and document measurements.
• Prepare patient rooms for admission and transfers.
• Ensure a clean, safe, and comfortable patient environment.
• Assist with admissions, transfers, and discharge procedures.
• Respond to patient calls and coordinate care with RN.
