Qualifications

• High School Degree or equivalent is required.
• Preferred: Certified Nursing Assistant
• AHA BLS HCP Certification or equivalent is required or preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide safe, direct care to patients across age groups per plan of care.
• Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the health care team.
• Record admissions data, vitals, intake/output, and other patient information.
• Assist with feeding, hydration, and activities of daily living.
• Assist with ambulation and mobility; ensure patient safety.
• Attend trainings and adhere to infection control policies.
• Maintain a clean, stocked environment and proper PPE use.
• Demonstrate courteous rapport with patients, families, and staff.
