Job summary

HCA HealthONE Mountain Ridge in Colorado is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support Registered Nurses with hands-on patient care, monitoring vital signs, mobility assistance, and daily activities to create a safe, welcoming environment.

You will work with the care team, manage supplies, and help ensure infection control and quality of care. Requirements include BLS within 30 days, CNA certification, and a High School diploma or GED.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support within 30 days of employment start date.
• CNA Certification.
• High School Diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Assisting with patient preparation, mobility, transfers, and comfort to support smooth care and recovery.
• Providing non-medicated care such as dressing changes, skin protection, and use of supportive devices.
• Keeping patient areas and common spaces clean, organized, and stocked to maintain safety and efficiency.
• Managing supplies, equipment, and logs to support infection control and team readiness.
• Communicating kindly with patients, families, and the care team to support safety and quality.
