Job summary

HCA HealthONE Sky Ridge in Colorado is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support Registered Nurses and help provide compassionate, hands-on care. You’ll assist with vital signs, mobility and personal care while contributing to a safe, welcoming environment for patients.

Responsibilities include patient preparation, transfers, dressing changes, keeping areas clean and stocked, and maintaining infection-control logs. A CNA and BLS within 30 days are required.

Qualifications

• Basic Cardiac Life Support (BLS) within 30 days of start date.
• CNA certification required.
• High School Diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Assist with patient prep, mobility, transfers, and comfort.
• Provide non-medicated care such as dressing changes and skin protection.
• Keep patient areas clean, stocked, and safe.
• Manage supplies and logs to support infection control.
• Communicate with patients and care team to support safety and quality.
