Job summary

Qualifications

• 1 year or more experience as PCT or patient care in health care facility.
• Basic Life Support (BLS) certification within 2 weeks of hire and maintained.
• Active enrollment in nursing school or related healthcare field acceptable.
• Equivalent training such as Nursing Assistant or Medical Assistant credential meets minimum requirements.

Responsibilities

• Provide nursing care using the nursing process (assessment, planning, implementation, evaluation).
• Direct and lead other team members and collaborate with multidisciplinary team for age-appropriate care.
• Maintain patient safety, privacy, and professional behavior in a healing environment.
• Participate in shared governance and promote clinical excellence and accountability.
