Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.

Responsibilities

• Monitor vital signs, blood pressure, specimen collection and accu-checks.
• Maintain a safe, calm environment; document observations and rounds.
• Assist patients with activities of daily living and encourage healthy routines.
• Support therapeutic groups and daily activities to promote engagement.
• Respond to crises using de-escalation techniques under licensed staff.
