- Completion of one of: CNA, Medical Assistant, or PCT program; or Fundamentals of Nursing; or HMH PCT Apprenticeship; or equivalent medical background.
- Willingness to learn quickly, adapt to changing patient needs, and work as part of a collaborative team.
