Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Delivers high quality, patient‑centered care with basic patient care services.
• Obtains and records patient information during shifts.
• Assists with patient activities of daily living.
• Helps with patient mobility including the use of assistive devices.
• Obtains specimens for collection.
• Cross‑trains to unit clerk.
• Complies with hospital policies and nursing rules.
