Responsibilities

• Assist nursing staff in providing patient care under RN supervision.
• Maintain a clean, safe patient care environment.
• Record initial and ongoing patient information (vital signs, intake/output).
• Assist with activities of daily living (meals, bathing, grooming) and mobility.
• Obtain specimens as needed.
• Cross-train to unit clerk duties.
• Follow evidence-based practices and hospital policies (AIDET).
