Jefferson Regional Med Ctr in Pine Bluff, AR seeks a Patient Care Technician I for 2NE Orthopaedics/Uro with PDN, nights. You will provide direct patient care under the direction of the Registered Nurse and ensure a safe, compassionate environment.

Responsibilities include maintaining patient dignity, collaborating with the care team, and supporting treatment and recovery across diverse clinical areas. Safety-sensitive position; prior healthcare experience preferred.

Qualifications

Job Summary:

The Patient Care Technician I plays a critical role in the healthcare team by providing direct patient care to an assigned group of patients under the direction of the Registered Nurse. They will ensure a safe and comfortable environment for patients, providing compassionate and empathetic care while maintain patient dignity and confidentiality. The PCT will collaborate closely with other healthcare professionals to support patient treatment and recovery.

Patient Care Technician I Qualifications:
