DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. This role offers an opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease. No prior nephrology experience is required, as comprehensive training will be provided.

Position Details:
  • Training may occur at a facility other than your assigned clinic.
  • Potential to float across multiple clinics during and after training.
  • Flexible schedule required, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care during dialysis treatments, ensuring safety and comfort.
  • Monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis, including recording vital stats and machine setup.
  • Build long-term relationships with patients and educate them on dialysis-related topics.
  • Work under the supervision of a registered nurse in a team of healthcare professionals.

Minimum Requirements:

  • Healthcare certifications (e.g., CNA, CHT, Phlebotomy) are a plus.
