We are seeking a compassionate and reliable Psychiatric Technician to support individuals with mental illness and/or developmental delays in hospital and residential settings. This role plays a key part in maintaining a safe, recovery‑focused, and person‑centered environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide physical and emotional support to people served in individual and group settings
• Support safety management, crisis intervention, and de‑escalation
• Assist with activities of daily living (personal care, hygiene, dressing, etc.)
• Document progress notes, medication administration (as trained), and incident reports
• Support treatment plans, programming, and community activities
• Maintain a clean, safe, and therapeutic environment
• Role‑model professionalism, compassion, and Pine Rest’s mission and values

Additional Details

Pay based on education and experience. Non‑Exempt (hourly) position. Physically active role requiring bending, lifting, standing, and crisis response. Competitive benefits package.

The equivalent base pay range for this position is $15.57 - $21.79. Final base pay will be determined based on location, experience, education, certifications, and FTE status.
