DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician to provide compassionate care in an outpatient dialysis center. This role involves direct patient care for individuals with end-stage renal failure or chronic kidney disease, emphasizing empathy and professionalism.

Position Highlights:

• No prior dialysis experience required; comprehensive training provided.
• Potential to float between clinics during and after training.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct patient care during dialysis treatments, monitoring patients and machines.
• Educate patients on dialysis and related health topics.
• Work under RN supervision within a multidisciplinary team.
