DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

This role offers paid training, full benefits, and opportunities for career advancement, including clinical ladders and RN bridge programs. The position requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays at our Silver Spring

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.
