DaVita in Sauget, Illinois is seeking a dedicated dialysis care technician to support patients through treatment. You will monitor patients, set up and maintain dialysis equipment, and record vital signs to ensure high-quality care.

Education on treatment and kidney health is part of the role, with collaboration across the care team. The position requires flexibility to work mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, with opportunities for paid training and a strong benefits package.

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to stand for long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

The Wage Range for the role is $18.00 - $28.00 per hour.
