Job summary

Maimonides Medical Center in Brooklyn is seeking a full-time Patient Care Technician for Nursing 6 West. You will provide direct patient care overnight, with weekend rotations and a consistent 11:15 PM–7:15 AM schedule.

The role requires a high school diploma or GED, completion of a CNA program or NYS CNA program or EMS training, and at least one year of direct patient care experience, with strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• Successful completion of CNA program, or NYS CNA program, or EMS training.
• Pass PCT test (75% or greater).
• Minimum 1 year of direct patient care experience.
• Technical skills for patient care; good oral and written communication.
