Job summary

Baptist Ambulatory Surgery Center is hiring a Patient Care Technician in Nashville, TN. This role focuses on direct patient care, assisting with linens, ambulation, and transport, while maintaining a clean patient care environment and supporting clinical procedures.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or equivalent, CPR/BLS (CNA/MA or other certifications preferred), and demonstrated clinical competency to assist during examinations and procedures.

Qualifications

• Must have basic clinical skills and patient-care abilities.
• CPR/BLS certification preferred; CNA/MA or similar credentials are a plus.
• Demonstrates clinical competency and ability to assist during examinations and procedures.

Responsibilities

• Provides direct patient care by assisting patients with changing linens, ambulation, and transport.
• Maintains a clean and orderly patient care environment.
• Assists during patient examinations and procedures.
• Delivers efficient surgical and/or procedural services to support patient care and operations.

Patient Care Technician at Baptist Ambulatory Surgery Center

Provides direct patient care by assisting patients with changing linens, ambulation, and transport. Maintains a clean and orderly patient care environment. Assists during patient examinations and procedures. Demonstrates the primary goal of efficiently providing surgical and/or procedural services that exceed customer expectations and improve clinical and financial operations.

Qualifications

• High school graduate or equivalent


• Current CPR or BLS. CNA, MA or other certifications preferred


• Demonstrates necessary clinical competency
