Madera Community Hospital in Central California is seeking a Patient Care Technician to assist the Registered Nurse in delivering patient care and maintaining a safe, compassionate environment. You will be accountable for all patient care provided during a shift and will help promote teamwork among staff in a busy acute care setting.
Preferred candidates have a high school diploma or equivalent, CNA program completion, and current BLS certification from the American Heart Association.

Performs the functions of a patient care technician in carrying out all assignments given by the Registered Nurse in charge of the team. Is accountable for all patient care provided during a shift. Is responsible for adhering to all Standards of Nursing Care and for promoting teamwork among co-workers.
Prefer High School Graduate or Equivalent.
Prefer graduate of a Certified Nursing Assistant Program. Prefer two years nursing assistant experience in acute care hospital setting.
Requires Current American Heart Association BLS Certificate.
