Job summary

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician to support patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient dialysis clinics. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision during dialysis treatment.

You will monitor patients, set up equipment, record vitals, educate on treatment, and collaborate with nurses and the care team to ensure high-quality patient outcomes.

Qualifications

• Accredited High School diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you'll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.
