DaVita in Fort Wayne, IN is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support dialysis patients in outpatient clinics under RN supervision. You will deliver safe, compassionate care and help patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Qualifications

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Ability to have a flexible schedule; including early mornings, later evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience

Key Responsibilities
