Job summary

DaVita in Lawton, OK is seeking a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in outpatient dialysis clinics. You will provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

The role requires a GED or equivalent, comfort with blood and medical equipment, and the ability to work long shifts. Flexible hours, including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays, are essential.

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent


• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment


• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet


• Willing to float between local clinics if needed


• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays


• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
