Job summary

DaVita in Cordele, GA is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support ESRD patients in outpatient dialysis clinics under RN supervision, delivering direct, compassionate care.

You will monitor patients, set up dialysis equipment, record vital signs, educate on treatment and kidney health, and collaborate with nurses, dietitians, social workers, and other team members.

Qualifications

• Accredited high school diploma or GED or equivalent.
• Comfortable around blood, needles and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience.

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands‑on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life‑sustaining dialysis treatment.
