Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Patient Care Technician to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. You will provide direct hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

You will deliver safe, hygienic dialysis care, monitor patients, and assist with equipment setup. This role requires adaptability and teamwork within a supportive care team at DaVita.

Qualifications

• GED or equivalent required.
• Comfortable around blood, needles and medical equipment.
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet.
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed.
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends and holidays.

DaVita is hiring a Patient Care Technician (PCT) to support patients with end-stage renal disease in an outpatient dialysis clinic. As a PCT, you’ll provide direct, hands-on care under RN supervision, helping patients through life-sustaining dialysis treatment.

• Deliver safe, hygienic, and compassionate dialysis care
• Monitor patients before, during, and after treatment
• Set up and maintain dialysis equipment
• Record vital signs and patient data
• Educate patients on treatment and kidney health

Requirements

• Accredited High School diploma, general education development (“GED”) credential, or equivalent
• Comfortable around blood, needles, and medical equipment
• Physically able to work long shifts on your feet
• Willing to float between local clinics if needed
• Flexible schedule including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
• Preferred: CNA, MA, CHT, phlebotomy certification, or healthcare experience
