Our Patient Care Technicians provide high-quality patient care to patients suffering from END Stage Renal Disease (ESRD). As a PCT, you will monitor patients before, during, and after dialysis treatment, including measuring and recording stats, initiating cannulation, patient observations, and hemodialysis machine setup. Our PCTs combine technical skills with genuine passion to develop deep relationships with patients and improve their quality of life.

Job Requirements

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• Desire to care for people and comfort working around blood and needles.
• Current certification from BONENT, NNCC, NNCO, or other applicable state-approved certification for experienced PCTs.
• Current BLS/CPR certification for experienced PCTs.

Salary Range

• $18 - $28 per hour, depending on experience and qualifications.
